Delectable Dishes

From my ‘Food Trail’ postings you’d know that I’m game for trying anything. I just wish I had a larger stomach to accommodate this quest.

The dishes and food I try isn’t everyone’s cup of tea – like the spicy stinky tofu at the night market in Taipei, or the green tea and red bean cake I insisted on my birthday (bad choice – it wasn’t popular and the green tea icing oxidised after a few days and ended up becoming black tea icing).

Nevertheless, the journeys I have been on have yielded some delicious finds – one that I particularly miss whenever I look at the picture: Assroz de Pato a Antiga – Baked Portuguese Duck Rice that I had in Toca restaurant in the Taipa Village (Portuguese quarter) in Macau.

Am craving for it right now!
